The hotel doors are locked all the time, so you have to wait for an attendant to let you in or out. Staff also came into my room despite the Do Not Disturb cards. On top of that, they tried to charge extra fees and then claimed I hadn’t paid for the room, even though I showed them the confirmation and receipt. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The front desk is just inside the entrance, and the front door stays locked. The atmosphere is wonderful, making this the coziest hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating, and their English is more than okay.

The street noise makes it a little buzzy, but the window does a pretty good job, and so does the air conditioning. Staff are friendly, and breakfast is a typical simple Colombian one.

The breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is in a really good location. The pool is small, but it’s still a lovely place to relax for a while. I’d definitely come back.
