I’d be fine staying here for a short trip, and the gentleman who helped me was kind and put me at ease. Still, for the facilities on offer, I think the price should be lower, or the facilities need improving to make it feel worth it.

At 9:55 AM on November 9th, five minutes before breakfast, the kitchen worker had already gone. I’d paid for breakfast and couldn’t get it, and neither the receptionist nor the cleaning lady helped. The cleaning lady was also stuck in the elevator on the 5th floor. I hope management reviews the camera footage and deals with these staff issues.

Getting in and out involved a long wait for someone to open the door, and nights were noisy. There was also a horrible sound coming from something in the bathroom all the time. Towels were hardly ever left in the room, and once the TV remote was missing. Breakfast never changed, either, and really needs some variety.

It’s quiet and in a good spot, so it works for a break. Nothing fancy, and a little run-down, but the price is good.

We couldn’t sleep at all. A deafening noise kicked in at 2 a.m., and when I called, the receptionist said she’d take care of it, then switched off her phone. That was disrespectful. Absolutely terrible hotel. If you get the chance to go, don’t.
