GLAM Hotel

We only stayed in December for a short time, but got what seemed like the dirtiest, most neglected room in the hotel. The shower had hair and mold, the toilet was broken, and there weren't any towels. The floor was filthy too, leaving our feet black with dust as we walked around. For the high price we paid, that was a real shame. We moved to a much cleaner hostel that cost less. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The breakfast was decent, and the room was comfortable. At night, though, traffic noise gets annoying, so ask for a room away from the street.

We were more than 32 teachers staying for over a week, yet breakfast was the same every day. It started at 7:00, but by 7:30 the fruit or coffee had run out. The rooms had no closets or even hangers, and shower water leaked across the bathroom and back into the room. The website showed one price and they charged us another. They also offered us a $30 tour each, but in a bus without air conditioning and with terrible service, we were taken to only about three places two blocks from the hotel. The receptionists and owners were arrogant and rude. If they can't manage that many guests, they shouldn't make the commitment. It was a terrible experience. I definitely wouldn't return or recommend the place.

The bar experience was awful. The staff were antisocial and kept playing reggaeton and other drunken music. In a hotel, guests shouldn't be told they can't listen to Amazon Music or other songs. Sticking to reggaeton, salsa, and vallenato, with no pop, rock, electronic music, or anything like that, felt seriously disrespectful. It seems they're just trying to make money by playing bad music.
