Breakfast was good, and I liked that they cooked the eggs fresh. The guys at the desk were helpful and gave us great service. The hotel was nice, the price was good, and I wish I could've stayed longer. But there's no elevator, and my bad knee couldn't handle the stairs. It's a perfect place if climbing stairs isn't a problem for you.

The location worked really well for my trip, with easy access to both the north and south of the city. Our room was super clean, quiet, and had strong AC, plus a balcony with amazing views. The terrace had nice city views too, and breakfast was fresh and healthy. It's a cozy hotel, and the staff were professional and friendly. We plan to come back and I'd recommend it. I've stayed here three times already, and I'd come back again. The hotel is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is one of the better reasonably priced options in Cali. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms have air conditioning, a TV, and hot water in the showers. The staff are very friendly and help with whatever you need. Sebastian, the new receptionist, made us feel especially welcome and took great care of us.

We had a pleasant stay and would like to come back. The room was clean and comfortable in a residential area near restaurants and bars. Everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. We only had to ask the clerk for anything we needed, and the owner was friendly and attentive to our personal needs. Sebastian, Jesus, and Renny were all quick to help us out.

The rooftop has a lovely view, and the hotel feels clean and secure. It’s in a peaceful, safe neighborhood, close to many popular places in Cali. I’d happily recommend it, 10/10.
