I travel on a budget and like finding ways to live more like locals. The room was clean and quiet, with A/C, hot water, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful, though English, French, and other languages aren't widely spoken in Colombia. It's within walking distance of a major transport hub and shopping, and the staff can arrange cabs. I'd be happy to come back.

It's a secure, affordable hotel with attentive service around the clock. Breakfast was delicious, and they really do listen to what you prefer. The location is a big plus, close to the bus terminal, with nearly all the important places reachable within 15 minutes. There are some drawbacks, though. Some rooms, including suites, have no windows, which can feel suffocating. The bathroom doorknob was broken, there was no shower cap, and water comes straight from the shower pipe. Also, the jacuzzi is in the room, with its entrance beside the bed. I'd have rated it five stars if not for these issues.

The breakfast service was excellent, and everything was very neat. The staff were wonderful people and gave excellent service.

It was okay overall. The staff were very friendly and the bed was decent, but traffic noise came through the poorly sealed windows. There's one restaurant, though no market nearby, and the hotel is in an industrial area.
