For 130kcop, this was much better than the competition, and the room was the best I've come across in Colombia during my 50 days here. It was huge, comfortable, well equipped, and had a gigantic bed. I did have a few problems: the restaurant was closed in the morning, service was very slow, the shower was cold (which was fine in this region), and the Wi-Fi seemed to be down just on the night I stayed. Most of it was really good. One suggestion, clean the pool water! đź‘€

The service was very good, though the hotel itself is older and has areas that need attention. The restaurant on the 13th floor was disappointing: its service needs work, and what I got didn't match the menu. The grilled meats section says each dish comes with salad and another side, but my chicken skewer arrived without salad. When I asked, they said the onion and bell pepper on the skewer counted as salad, even though they were raw. I ordered steamed potatoes after that and got bland, boiled pieces. They could learn a lot by watching videos of the table service and kitchen. At those prices, I expected better.
