Hotel Bisou

I stayed here in 2023 and then gave the hotel another chance in 2025, but both visits were terrible. The social media photos are far from what you find when you arrive. On the first trip, the price and photos had made it seem like a nice place. Instead, my room was much too small, had signs and a strong musty smell, and the bathroom didn't have adequate toiletries. We only talked about possibly extending my stay, and nothing was confirmed. While I was at work around midday, they called asking where to leave my luggage. They hadn't even called ahead to ask, and instead had started moving my things without explaining what was happening. Before returning in 2025, I contacted them on WhatsApp to make sure I could get a spacious room because of my earlier experience. At reception, the staff passed the buck and said I had misunderstood the options they'd offered. They put me in another small room with no ventilation and dampness. I asked to change rooms even if it cost extra. They did give me a larger one, but it had a strong, overpowering sewage smell that was nauseating. The room and bathroom were also in poor physical condition. I'm completely done with this place.

The hotel staff gave excellent service, and I loved the attention and the stay. Highly recommended.

A really nice hotel with comfortable rooms. It's impeccably clean, the service is excellent, and I'd highly recommend it.
