2/10
The place felt shady, and the neighborhood didn't feel safe. The photos don't look like the actual property. Rooms are small, with no on-site parking, and the roughly 15-inch TV in my room didn't work. They said they were fixing it, but other reviews describe the same problem, so it doesn't sound like it gets fixed. Don't be taken in by this place.

Service was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The Riverwalk, Intercontinental Hotel, and Juan Valdez Coffee Shop are across the street. Centenario Mall and smaller grocery stores are a short walk away.

I liked this small, charming hotel in a pleasant, safe part of Cali. It's close to the Centenario shopping centre, cineplex, restaurants, and Riverwalk. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. I'd come back.

Quiet place, and the coffee was good. The twin rooms are more spacious. Excellent.
