The people were nice, the location was good, and the room was comfortable. But there was no hot water, even though I was told that service was available.

The owner answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful. I had an excellent stay, and I'll choose this hotel next time I'm in Cali. 10/10, recommended.

They promised breakfast when we booked, then told us it wasn't included when we arrived. They eventually sorted it out, but only after we insisted. The rooms weren't cleaned, and it was noisy inside the hotel. A very poor experience. I don't recommend it.

I spent 7 days here and felt safe and comfortable. The hotel and rooms were all clean and organized, and the girls at reception and the cleaning lady were kind and attentive. The service was spectacular. The water is lukewarm or cold, so think twice if you like it very hot 😂. And it's incredibly hot in the lobby, so the owner should put a fan at reception.
