We were eventually given another room, the executive one, after three days in a room that was too small, with air conditioning that didn’t work and disco-like lighting. The hotel is well located, the rooms are a bit small, and most of the reception staff were good, but Juan on the night shift was clueless. He gave us two towels, yet at checkout they said three were registered in the system. I suggested checking the security cameras, but they said footage could only be viewed every 24 hours. Instead, they checked our luggage. It was an awful, uncomfortable situation, though they did eventually resolve it and the receptionist apologized after realizing the error. They need to account for all the towels they hand out. Breakfast is included, but the staff serving it don’t provide the best service.

The rooms are clean, nice, and comfortable, and the location is strategic. Breakfast comes on time and the service is excellent. The receptionists are attentive and fix issues right away. I recommend the place, though one of the women, Alejandra, is arrogant, leaves you waiting while looking at things on her phone, and doesn’t give complete information.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The mattresses felt like bed springs with almost no foam, and the air conditioning usually heated more than it cooled. I stayed three days, and the cleaning staff knocked every morning to clean the room. Their service and communication were terrible, and the repeated knocks felt disrespectful.
