I booked this hotel ahead of an international trip, but they overbooked and never told me my reservation wasn't valid. When I tried to check it, they were incredibly rude. The service was bad in every way.

I spent five days and four nights there with my two-year-old, and didn't get any rest on any of those nights. Several nightclubs are across the street, and the noise is extremely loud. People also often park outside with external sound systems, since the liquor store on the corner sells until 5 am. It seems you can only get some rest after that. It was complete torture every night with my child, and the hotel should install noise-insulating windows to make the stay more comfortable. The management also left a lot to be desired. Before arriving, we called to ask about coming before check-in. The person in charge said they'd accommodate us because we had a baby, but didn't mention a price. The next day they told us early arrival would cost $150,000, an exorbitant amount for just a few hours. We had to speak directly with the owner to agree on a reasonable price. The lack of communication inside the hotel was glaring.
