My room was small, but just right for the two days I was there. Natalia and Marcela were so kind, and the two nearby cafeterias, Hornitos and La Espiga, had really delicious food. It was a perfect place for the stay, well worth it.

We only stayed one night, but it was excellent. The room was spotless and the price was the best part. I expected noise since it's inside a shopping arcade, yet the night was quiet and I slept really well. The person who welcomed us was very friendly, though I didn't get their name. They also sold drinks, which came in handy after we arrived thirsty from the camping event. WE WILL BE BACK!

We booked two months ahead, but they canceled on the very day we were due to arrive, saying the hotel was flooded. They didn't cancel for the group traveling with us, though, and confirmed that the hotel hadn't suffered any damage. It felt like poor service, and we were left without a booking or anywhere to sleep.
