La Ermita and the Boulevard are easy to reach on foot, and the hotel is also close to Chipichape, the bus terminal, and Pasarela shopping center. It’s in the Zona Rosa, which felt very safe to me. My rooms were always clean, the staff kept up with what I needed, and they treated me like family. I've stayed at Hotel Nevada in Cali for stretches of four months, or two to three months, and it feels like home. I find it incredibly safe there.

Prices are reasonable, and the place is comfortable and well located. The staff were warm and quick to help whenever I needed something. I'd recommend it in Cali for either business or sightseeing.

The owners don't seem to care about guest safety. When serious situations come up, they don't even show their faces. This place is nothing like the cozy, beautiful hotel advertised online. It felt like a dump full of drunk people, and they excuse them even when they commit serious offenses against minors. The worst place I've ever seen, and the worst experience of my life. I hope it gets shut down before it causes more harm.
