Hotel Norte Real

I booked through Airbnb, but when I called to confirm, they said there were no rooms. They never got back to me or refunded my money. Don't book at this hotel.

The breakfast was my only real complaint. It was the same menu each day, usually scrambled eggs, sometimes bread, with pineapple and papaya. We brought up the lack of variety at the front desk, but they said it was American-style. They should change it. The rooms are really nice, and the hotel is very clean. Rooms have automatic windows controlled by remote and air conditioning, and they're cleaned daily. The front desk staff are friendly and always ready to help with whatever you need.

The hotel and everything else looked lovely, and I really liked the very friendly night employee. But after two nights they charged me 100mil pesos because the towels were stained after I cleaned my sneakers. I didn't like the attitude of the guy at reception. It's not about the money, it's about the way he acted. I won't come back.

I picked this hotel for work and it was great. Thanks for looking after me, excellent place!
