The staff were very friendly and helpful while we stayed with our 6 month old and 6 year old. They washed and sanitized my kids' bottles and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable and stress free. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The rooms were cozy, and the terrace was a nice place to relax. The hotel had lots of cool touches, and it was super clean. Mercedes and the other lady were especially helpful, sorry I can't remember her name.

2/10
For the price, it could have been an OK hotel, but I've never seen a hotel scam like this, and I travel a lot. I booked a room for 77COP, then they charged me an extra 110COP because my girlfriend stayed overnight, more than the room itself. I've never seen anything like that. It felt like a total scam. The manager was rude and, apparently, of limited cognitive ability or perhaps just retarded.

The area is central and feels very safe, with lots of foreigners around and people walking everywhere, whether they're sightseeing or heading to business locations. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Everything was kept extremely clean.
