The staff are super friendly, but the rooms barely get cleaned. We had the same toilet paper roll for three days, and by checkout it was gone. Same issue with the shampoo and soap. No hairdryer either, though they do offer laundry service, which is a plus. Staff could use more training or resources for helping guests get around. The receptionist called a guide for us, but there was no brochure showing prices or things to do. The location is great, and the hostel looks good from outside, with a terrace and great views. But it’s a party area, and the thin walls let in everything. We could hear people talking on the pavement, conversations from the office as if they were in our room, the bell for the locked entrance, toilets flushing through shared pipes across three floors, and guests coming in drunk late at night. The office chatter starting at 5 am was especially annoying.

I’ve never seen behavior like this, and I don’t understand why it happened. The reception staff are outrageous. 300,000 was stolen from me, and the receptionist told my wife I’d had another girl in the room before. Police are investigating the case. They also returned a whole load of my clothes from the laundry damaged and wet. When I complained, they told me to get lost. Ryan at reception was the only good guy and was on my side. The rest of the staff are corrupt and have very poor judgment. Stay away. Seriously, it’s not worth the trouble.

It’s a clean, calm hotel in Cali, good for a relaxing stay. The price isn’t especially cheap, but seems reasonable for the service. I’d definitely recommend it.

Great location, a good breakfast, and clean, safe surroundings. The staff are great too, and the hot-water shower was the best I’ve had anywhere. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Don’t look any further.

A great choice for my visits to Cali. The place is clean and modern, with good AC and service. If stairs are a problem, it may not suit you, or you can ask for a room on a lower floor. Highly recommended.
