Leclerc Hotel Boutique Granada

The staff were nice, and breakfast was a good size, very well presented, and served in a fancy room. My room was a good size but a bit dark. The bathroom was also a good size, with good hot water and pressure. The hotel is a little uphill, so you have to walk down a bit to reach the main street with bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful anniversary stay at Leclerc Cali. The location in the Granada neighbourhood is great, close to restaurants, bars, and shopping malls. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help, from bringing us a beverage when we returned to offering recommendations nearby. The service was impeccable, the accommodations were clean and very comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was top-notch. We were taken with the grandeur and elegance from the moment we arrived. We'd highly recommend Leclerc to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Cali.

We arrived without reservations with a group of 12 friends and family, and the staff went out of their way to find us rooms and even put together a New Year's dinner. We spent New Year's Eve and one other night there. Everyone met us with kindness and hospitality, and the rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, in a safe, central neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. 10/10, and many thanks to the staff for making our stay unforgettable.

The location can't be beat, and the decor is elegant. My wife and I had the lavish king suite, while our travel friend stayed in the more basic room, which was still clean and lovely. The rooms are very comfortable, and breakfast was tasty, filling, and nutritious. The staff were the best part, so helpful and friendly, and they really wanted to make our stay fantastic. We'd happily book here again on our next trip to Cali. Well done, Team LeClerC!
