One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in Colombia. Please don’t go there.

The people were terrible, and the service was really bad and humiliating. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. If I could, I wouldn’t give it even one star.

The way domestic and international guests are compared is really wrong. Money should mean the same level of service regardless of where it comes from, and they clearly don’t provide that. The advertising also promises all sorts of amenities that aren’t there in reality. The service was deplorable. What a disgrace. I hope they learned their lesson.

That classist, degrading treatment of those girls was awful. People are paying for a service, so nobody is doing anyone a favor. Don’t abuse that. Those who do wrong will face the consequences.

The advertising is completely false, and the service was terrible. I hope they learn a bit about hospitality, because they have no idea.
