You get what you pay for, I guess. The rooms need even more attention when it comes to maintenance, and the front desk staff could do a much better job welcoming guests. Put the phone down and help people.

I waited 20 minutes in the lobby to check in while the front desk worker, Karen, chatted with coworkers, did her nails, and browsed online. Other guests were helped right away. When she finally got to me, she spoke to me in a belittling way, and during my stay she kept helping other guests instead of me. It’s hard to miss the “Ciao Racismo” sign in the lobby when the front desk worker was treating me this way. Zero stars.

The service was poor, and it was noisy constantly. I really didn’t like this hotel.

There was good value for the money, even with all the noise and extra activity from the renovations going on during my stay.

Breakfast was nice 😁, but there was no air conditioning and no hot water 😫.
