The place itself is really nice, which makes the terrible service such a shame. Mr. Carlos and Mrs. Martha promise good service, then charge you $10,000 to shower or use facilities you’ve already paid for. They get angry if you bathe or use too much electricity, even though they know there are lots of other people there. There’s so much noise you can’t rest, and people are very disrespectful.

The service alone would make me think twice about staying here. Mr. Carlos may assure you everything is fine, but in my experience the stay can turn into a nightmare. They don't provide towels or toilet paper, and even asking for those basics seems to be too much. The staff's attitude is poor, and I felt the money was simply lost.

You can properly unwind here: it was quiet, nobody bothered us, and we had a really good stay. Much better experience than at that hotel called "Los Girasoles."

Getting any rest was impossible with all the noise around the location. On top of that, our room had no trash can, they charged extra to shower, and the service was awful. A terrible experience.

Our room was switched at the last minute, and the stay turned out badly. They didn't deliver on what was offered, with basics like paper towels and trash cans missing. I wouldn't recommend it, especially when better places are available.
