The staff were all friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. The rooms feel very dated, though, and the bedroom and bathroom are separated by a door in a partition that doesn't reach the ceiling. WiFi is a bit unreliable in some rooms. Breakfast is included and cooked to order, but there isn't much choice, even though it's adequate. The neighborhood was the biggest problem for me. Walking back to the hotel at night, you could actually count the prostitutes along the way. It really isn't a good area.

Breakfast is included, and the price was 50 per person per night. The room is basic but clean and perfectly fine for that cost, with a private bathroom, fan, and desk for studying or working. The pillows are good, and the bed is decent, though it sags under your weight, which may come down to personal preference. The area around the hotel isn't very nice. They have food delivery flyers in the room.

We ended up switching hotels and losing the money we'd already paid. The manager never answered, and the person who checked us in didn't know anything about the reservation. They hadn't prepared the room, and then told us breakfast wasn't included. The pandemic excuse for that no longer seems believable. Whatever the hotel's category or price, it should have the room ready on time and honor what was promised. The location was terrible too. This was the worst hotel service I've ever had, with poor service and a breach of contract.
