I really liked the food and the service, and the spot is lovely, right across from Los Gatos park with beautiful sculptures beside the Obelisk monument. It was my first visit, and I’d happily recommend it.

Really poor service trying to cancel. I was told by phone to email my request, which I did, but got no reply. On WhatsApp they asked for my name and reservation number, and after I sent both, went silent. I tried again and they asked for my name once more. I gave it, and still heard nothing.

The buffet breakfast was great, and the staff were warm and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and a great shower. The view over Parque de los gatos and Cali river was lovely too.

The restaurant staff were amazing, and the food was delicious, especially breakfast. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk to housekeeping and the bellmen, was fantastic. The accommodations were lovely, and there’s plenty of local food nearby, plus sites within walking distance. We had a great trip and will definitely come back.
