The rooms smelled awful, and I wouldn't live there. I asked about the monthly rent and was quoted 2,000,000 for just a room with a kitchen. Nearby I found a more comfortable, better rental for 800,000.

Breakfast is included from 7 to 10 am, but if you want to leave early and eat at 7, it never arrives since they prepare it outside the residence. The place is clean and the cost is affordable, but there's no room cleaning or fresh towels if you stay several nights, which is a downside. It's not really a hotel. There's no sign outside, so it's hard to find, although it's very close to the departmental library. It's a residence with mini duplex studio apartments: a small kitchen, sofa bed, and little table with two chairs downstairs, then the bed, a small storage area, and a small bathroom upstairs. Call ahead to confirm the real price including VAT. Websites advertise one price, but on arrival they said that wasn't the actual price and added 19% VAT, making it more expensive than advertised. The invoice is on paper, not electronic. 🤷 It's fine if you're just passing through, though I think there are cheaper hotel options that are much nicer and come with the advantages of a hotel.

There was no peace or rest, with constant hammering on the wall. The apartment also wasn't clean: dirty, burned sheets, a grimy bathroom, and stained, dirty sofas and bath towels. One sofa had a broken leg. There were hardly any cooking utensils, just ONE frying pan. The air conditioner barely cooled and was so loud we couldn't hear the TV.

I don't recommend this place at all. At check-in, the service was terrible, and the place gave us the feeling of a private room or brothel, almost as if something illegal were going on. They mislead people with the online price, then explain the real price when you arrive. We don't know what happened, and the truth isn't our problem. All we got was, “the truth is, the truth is, blah, blah, blah.”
