We were told food would be available until midnight, so we arrived at 11:30 PM. It took 20 minutes to get menus, even though several employees were standing at the bar chatting and not acknowledging us. The menus finally came at 11:55 PM. We ordered as soon as midnight came, then 15 minutes later were told the kitchen was already closed. We paid the cover, got one drink, and couldn't get the food we'd been assured was available. The bar couldn't make a basic Whiskey Sour because they “don’t have sour mix,” but still charged us the cover. I've worked as a bartender, and if it were my restaurant, I'd fire all five employees who were working last night. The staff seemed disorganized, inattentive, and uninterested in doing their jobs. For a restaurant in such a prestigious location, the service is embarrassing. This wasn't a late-night mix-up, it was pure incompetence and laziness. The view is there, but the service absolutely doesn't justify it. Absolutley horrible experience here, don’t waste you time! Get food from street vendors in Cali it’s way better!

At dusk, the Hotel Torre de Cali Plaza stands tall against a striking cityscape, suggesting guests may get panoramic views. With over 4,474 reviews and a 4.5-star rating, it seems to deliver a satisfying stay for travelers after luxury and a convenient location.

The staff are kind and attentive, ready to help with whatever you need. The hotel is excellent too, with clean, comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms.
