Tostaky

We came to Colombia for three people and had lunch here almost every day for two weeks. The daily menu was excellent, especially the soups and fish. We also tried some à la carte dishes and were always happy with them, and the desserts are really good too. Vincent the French owner is welcoming and super nice. He keeps an eye on everything to make sure everyone is treated well and enjoying their meal. The atmosphere, food, and service are all great. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Cali's San Antonio barrio.

We got in early in the morning after a 10h night bus ride and could go straight into our private room, well before check-in. Before the trip, communication with the hostal had been easy and smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. The room was basic but quite new, very clean and comfortable, with a big shower. The hostal is tastefully decorated and serves excellent food, wine, and beers. Vincent, the owner, is kind, respectful, and helpful. There are nice little restaurants, bars, and artisanal shops and businesses all around the neighborhood. A park with a panoramic view of Cali is just across the street on a hill. We never felt in danger on the nearby streets.

The private room is great value, and the food is generous and super tasty for a fair price, whether it's breakfast or another meal. The location is perfect, and the staff are amazing in every way, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I recommend it 200%! Thanks again for the stay Vincent. PS: Guests can't use the kitchen, since the hostel is also a restaurant :)

I usually stop by in the morning as part of my daily routine to have coffee and hang out. It's a relaxing, safe spot, with friendly staff and plenty of foreign visitors and travelers. You can sit with a laptop for hours without drawing attention, which is rare around town, and the WIFI is fast. The Colombian coffee is very good quality, though you pay a bit extra for it. I haven't tried the food. I usually go to the bakery a few meters around the corner instead. Nice cafe/hostel in San Antonio.
