I work internationally as an auditor and consultant for hotels, short-term rentals, and coliving spaces, so I look at stays both as a guest and with an eye to helping places improve. For the price and quality, the accommodation matched what was advertised. The rest was mostly as expected, though there’s room to improve. My main issue was the lack of hot water. I messaged to cancel when I learned about it because hot water is a priority for me. The person replying on WhatsApp said there was hot water in the room, so I canceled the cancellation, only to find there was none. I ended up taking cold showers for three days. The TV and refrigerator were also unplugged when I arrived, although these things should be ready for guests in a short-term rental. The refrigerator was a bit noisy, too.

Fourteen of us used three apartments, and nobody had any complaints. The apartments had fully equipped kitchens, and the staff were very friendly. Rooms, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. Parking was easy enough, just leave the keys as you do at other places. Highly recommended.

The only drawback was the parking. Since the spaces are lined up, get there early if you don’t want to spend the morning moving your car for other guests. Otherwise, it was comfortable and clean, the location was great, and the people managing the place were very friendly.

The value for the price was excellent. It’s a very good place, and the room was nice, with good finishes that looked recently remodeled. The location was good, too, in a pleasant area. Parking was pretty inconvenient, and the manager’s service was just okay. We either didn’t have Wi-Fi or weren’t given the password. We didn’t ask since we had mobile data, so those were minor things. There’s a terrace upstairs, but it wasn’t lit at night and had no chairs or anything else to use.
