The main draw was the location, near the beach and common places to hang out, and the views were nice too. But we had to explain again and again why we needed fresh towels, because the showerhead was leaking. Sorting out the problem could have taken less time than all that explaining. They were even considering charging us for their faulty showerhead, which was ridiculous. Having to sign off on each item of kitchenware also felt excessive.

The building was very clean and the apartments are beautiful. Check-in, though, was poor: we waited over an hour to get it finished.

The building felt secure, and the security team did a great job. Our place was comfortable, with lovely views from the balcony. A few things bothered us: we were given only one key, just two of the three small elevators were working, and there was no AC in them. They hold up to six people.

My family and I stayed in three apartments, 508, 608, and 706, and found roaches in all of them. In 608, the owner fumigated twice, but when I said they were still there, he told me, “it’s out of my hands”. There was one in the fridge too, so we were afraid to keep food there. We also found one under a mattress. We had trouble sleeping and kept worrying about roaches in the bedrooms and around the apartments. There were other problems in the apartments: mold below the AC unit, a balcony door with no handle that they said they would fix but never did during our 2 week stay, and a kitchen faucet that only worked after I twisted it in different ways. The second bathroom had no shower head and the beds were very uncomfortable. There were also two cameras inside the apartment, one facing the door and one on the balcony. The owner wouldn't accommodate us or reimburse us for the apartment, which was in horrible condition. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
