The beach had lots of room, and the big pool stayed uncrowded. Drinks were brought out poolside, too. Not many staff spoke English, but they were helpful with taxis and information. The lights went out now and then, though it didn’t affect our stay. There’s a shop nearby for basics and a restaurant next door that takes MasterCard. Cartagena is about a 30-minute taxi ride and costs $10, but we also waited 30 minutes for a cab. Good value for the price.

The chef did a great job with the food. The hotel is beautiful, right in front of the ocean, and has a pool, wifi, bar, and restaurant. The beach is amazing, with lots of activities.

It’s around a 20-minute drive from the city. The staff were helpful, and breakfast in the morning was great.

Everything about this place felt like a complete scam. It was disgusting and felt very dangerous, the rooms were awful, and the staff weren’t helpful at all.
