This is the nicest place I've ever stayed. It's a little north of Cartagena, away from the hustle and bustle, and driving in Cartagena is a challenge. There was a lot of construction during my stay, but it didn't get in the way of any activities.

I stayed for a week and thought it was an amazing place and a great investment. I'd like to know if there's a number for reaching the sales team about buying. I filled out the online inquiry forms and mentioned that I have a foreign number, but no one got back to me. I know businesses use WhatsApp. The only person I know who heard back was my Colombian girlfriend.

I spent a week at Baia Kristal Prive, and the language situation made the stay very frustrating. I'm a US citizen and English is my first language. I've traveled in a few Spanish-speaking countries, where hotel signs in the buildings, lobby, concierge area, by the lifeguards and elevators, and in public spaces were in both Spanish and English. At Baia Kristal there weren't even translations for safety or evacuation, and NONE of the staff were bilingual. We had to use Google Translate for EVERY SINGLE THING. I understand that Spanish is the first language, but this hotel serves visitors from around the world. I had been to Cartagena and vowed never to return. Hotels like this should have signs in Spanish and English throughout, plus at least one bilingual employee in every department. It would help visitors feel included, at home, and understood. We work hard and spend our money in your country to support tourism, and we want to keep doing that. This is simple and the least that could be done.

There's loads of entertainment here, and it's a great place for kids. Can't wait for the construction to be finished.

Looks like an awesome project and a great investment, especially in Cartagena. I'm looking forward to Krystal Blue and the upcoming projects in Pereira and Santa Marta.
