Over Carnival weekend the hostel was almost empty, and I had a shared room all to myself. It was 80,000 COP a night with a light breakfast included, and they take credit cards. The service was great, the air conditioning worked, and it was about a 15-minute walk from the historic center. Excellent value for the price.

The location is excellent, with a direct view of the Castillo (fortaleza) de San Felipe. The place is lovely and cozy, always clean, and has everything you need for a good stay in Cartagena. Service was excellent, and breakfast was really tasty. There's air conditioning and a TV with wifi. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
