Absolutely adorable it's the perfect combination of colonial with a touch of modern. Even the smallest details are absolutely adorable, the staff was very caring and nice, I recommend the breakfast and the hot tub on the top floor. I will most likely visit Casa de Los Reyes again. My room was on the ground floor facing the street, it was a little loud from the outside car horns and horse carriages other than that I had a great experience.
UPDATE AFTER BREAKFAST: I reported the nightmarish experience with the buzzer last night, they said they'd make sure it didn't happen again. Staff is friendlier once you take to them more and get them going, so don't go on first impression. Ordered waffle for breakfast but for pancakes, apparently waffle machine was broken. Still, DAMN good pancakes, super fluffy. They serve two, one on top of the other, with a slice of amazing white cheese in the middle, tastes great. I also mentioned the poor water pressure and they said they have a pump for that, they just don't turn it on at night so the n
Hotel was great! Very intimate, which allowed the employeea to rpivide excellent customer service. They were very caring and accomodating. The room was beautiful, and the ac was great with Cartagena heat. Our rav had breakfast included, which was delish and just what we needed to get the day started. Location wise, the place is walking distance to the clock tower, if you dont mind walking blocks at the time to get to a place. BUT there is a plaza one block down with good restaurants, vendors, a lil market and also one block away from las bovedas. So i would definetly recommend it to couples/so
