The property is beautiful, and it seems like it could be a lovely, lively place if someone took proper care of it. As things are, though, we were glad to leave. The pool was crawling with insects, and a small dead animal of some kind made it smell awful. Our room had no view, the fan only had one setting, and bugs bit us through the night. Breakfast was really bad. When we arrived, there were no other guests, and the horse riding we came for was unavailable because we were told the horse had died. Then the woman at reception started coughing. We got COVID and are still very sick. I hope they can bring the place back to its former glory, but until then, avoid it.

The view is great and the food is good, but the rooms need better upkeep. Some walls and floors have cracks, and the shower knob kept falling off. We found two cockroaches in our room and were moved to another one. I expected some bugs out in the countryside, but there were too many. They keep horses close to some rooms, which I think brings in more insects. The pool was also crowded because they sell too many "días de sol".

Please don't go. We found dead animals all over the bed sheets and bathroom towels. The people and service were the worst I've ever experienced. Worst hotel in the area.

The location and views are incredible, but the service was terrible. The food was just average, the hot tub was cold, and the showers were cold too. The AC didn't work.

The views of nature are lovely, and the pool was fine. The place is a bit dated, but still perfectly okay and well worth staying at.
