Unless you can put up with being kept awake all night, avoid this building. People in apartment #503, drunken men and women, party almost every night, yelling, singing, and playing VERY LOUD music until 5:30 AM. The administrator doesn’t tell them to stop, so nobody can sleep.

Apartment 701 has an ocean view and is close to the beach. Excellent apartment, I highly recommend it.

The building has parking, and the accommodations and service are generally good. It serves locals as well as tourists, and the location is good. Still, the building is neglected and the owners should take better care of their apartments. The infrastructure needs renovation, especially because it isn’t accessible for people with disabilities.

We stayed at Marina del Rey 105 in mid-March 2025. The location was good, but the apartment was in poor shape and the price we paid was very high. It seemed to be an office converted into an apartment. The kitchen cupboards and wardrobe were crooked, the refrigerator leaked, and there were so many cockroaches it needs fumigating. The living room sofa bed was also in bad condition.
