The receptionist was the most miserable person I've ever met. The two maids, though, work incredibly hard, cleaning and serving breakfast. Rooms are basic, and there isn't any hot water.

For the price and location, it's a great choice, and the staff are really nice and accommodating. The rooms vary a bit from one another. I'd have given five stars if there were a pool to cool off in, like at other comparable hotels and hostels. :)

We come back to Cartagena every time we're here, and Casa Mary's is perfect for us. I love the quiet, comfortable rooms and the support from the great staff. Breakfast on the terrace is my happy place. The whole stay feels clean, relaxing, and comforting, and Casa Mary's is lovely all around. It's perfectly located too.

The terrace was the one thing we could appreciate. Every room seemed very small and dark, especially those on the ground floor. There was no hot water at all, and it wasn't a temporary issue. Wi-Fi was limited to reception and the terrace, and sometimes didn't work even there. For a place like this, I expected lower prices. Sorry, but there are better options in Cartagena.

The staff were kind, and the hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the city's sights. The decor is so unique, and the breakfast was delicious. A beautiful hotel!
