The courtyard was a lovely spot for eating outside, and the kitchen worked well for making our own meals. We stayed five nights in September 2019. The rooms were large and clean, with very good beds and linens, good air conditioning and a fan, plus a good WiFi connection. Melania deserves a special mention for the great coffee and breakfast and for being such a good host. Good value and a great location. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks, Bruce & Margo.

We'd told them we would arrive at 21.00, but there was nobody there when we got to the hotel. The phone number was disconnected, and nobody replied to our emails. We were stranded in an unfamiliar city late at night with nowhere to sleep. When we returned the next day, the woman said she leaves at 4/5pm. There was no apology or responsibility taken, and we never got a reply to the panicked emails we sent that night. With service like this, it wasn't worth the money.

The administrator, Mileta, is friendly and easygoing. It's a clean place close to everywhere, with just a few rooms in a restored house. They have toilets, ceiling fans, and air conditioning.

A very affordable hotel in a nice spot near the walled city. Bring your own soap.
