The location was a real plus, on a quiet street but close to everything, and we liked the breakfast and other food. The staff were nice, especially the restaurant team, who were amazing. But the hotel feels very mediocre for the price, more like a two-star place in an aging building. Our room looked nothing like the photos, and the view was a dirty roof covered in rubbish, including someone's old socks. Outside noise came through so clearly that we woke several times thinking someone was trying to get into our room. It was just neighbors coming and going. There was a basic stove, but no pots, plates, cups, or anything else to use with it. The rooftop pool was okay, though the evening music was far too loud, and the glass railing was dirty enough to spoil the view. The room windows didn't seem to get cleaned either. I wouldn't stay again, though at half the price it might work for a few days.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the room was spacious and super clean. Still, it looked nothing like the pictures and felt dated. The hot water cut out while I was showering, and breakfast was mediocre. The corner lap table fell off the wall. I reported it, and the worker who came in just walked straight into the room after knocking once. I hate to say it, but it wasn't worth what I paid, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The door didn't work, and the place was hot and unpleasant. Go to the OZ HOTEL COLLECTION instead, it's new and clean, or try HOTEL REGATTA CARTAGENA if you get one of the bigger rooms. OZ is the best of the lot. Thank me later.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was wonderfully large. The Wi-Fi didn't work, which I wish had been sorted, but it didn't spoil the stay. For what I paid, I'd have got a much smaller room in a worse area back in the United States. I'd recommend it for a long weekend away.

I was without hot water for my first full day, and it wasn't fixed until the following day. Then, while I was at breakfast, I asked to have the room cleaned. When I came back, two maids were checking the towels and sheets. One questioned me about mascara stains on a towel and pillow, and they spent about 15 minutes inspecting the linens. I later found a letter saying I had to pay for the stained towels and sheets. At checkout they blocked my airport shuttle from leaving and demanded $100 USD, which I refused. Hotel guests are bound to get towels and sheets dirty. I argued with staff for half an hour and was already late for my flight, so I had to book an Uber outside, despite having paid for the shuttle. This place is fraudulent and seems to take advantage of guests. Never stay here!
