They lost a sixth of my laundry in under 24 hours, including a whole bathing suit and two pairs of shorts I absolutely adore. Those items alone cost more than $100. I could have had my laundry done anywhere, and I regret choosing this place. When I went back to complain and look for my things, they completely denied what happened. I live in a van while traveling and carry limited clothes, so dealing with this was an infuriating hassle. Do NOT give them your business. Go somewhere else.

My mom and I stopped in for dinner on our Cartagena trip last week. The shrimp in garlic sauce was good and cost about $7. We also had beer and wine here on a few afternoons, around $1.50-$3.

We went twice for lunch on our January 2019 trip, and ordered the menu del dia both times. For $15,000 COP, the soup, fish, and limonada were really good, and it was great value.

The fish was tasty and good for the price. The restaurant had a nice menu, and the people were friendly. A meal includes soup, a main dish, and a drink, though juice and beer cost extra.

The staff don't seem to care about what you need, and getting the AC control is a fight even though you paid extra for it. The WiFi doesn't work, and the bathrooms are broken. There are three showers for the whole hostel, but only one has a shower head. Stay here only if you can't find anything better.
