Hotel Casa Lola Deluxe Gallery

I’ve just returned from a week here, and the staff made the stay. They handled every small issue quickly and without making it a burden. They were patient and respectful about my limited Spanish, and helped with recommendations for running spots, finding specific items, transport, and personal requests. The Presidential Suite was beautiful, with a great terrace for taking in the city’s atmosphere. I also loved the rooftop and the distinctive interior. Breakfast in the courtyard was peaceful, and the restaurant was phenomenal. I usually choose high-end hotels, and Casa Lola still didn’t disappoint.

The beds were comfortable, the room was great, and both the food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The hotel is in a very central spot. Most of all, my friends and I loved the staff, they were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We had the BEST time and I’d stay again and again. It was amazing!

The suite was spacious and stayed cool in the hot Colombian weather, and the location made it easy to walk to all the main neighborhoods. Jason and the rest of the staff at Casa Lola were wonderful from the moment we arrived through checkout. The hotel is charming, beautifully decorated, and the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely come back and stay here again.

Yeison and Kelly made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. They were warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout, and even arranged a few extra hours for checkout, which felt generous and personal. Lola Hotel is right on one of Getsemaní’s liveliest streets, but once inside it feels peaceful and intimate. The rooms are comfortable, elegant, and well designed for unwinding after a day exploring Cartagena. Everywhere you look there are lovely details in the art, textures, and design. It feels like a thoughtfully put-together experience, not just a place to sleep. A cozy, luxurious stay with excellent service and plenty of character.
