The rooms are spacious and convenient, and we had a really good stay. The pool is small, but it wasn't crowded, so that worked out fine. Keep an eye on extra services, though. We were quoted 8k COP per kilo for laundry, but the final charge was much higher.

The room was nice, and the location is decent. You can walk to the center, though it takes a while. Be cautious about the services: they quoted one laundry price and charged more.

Carulla supermarket is a five-minute walk away, and Ella restaurant is at the end of the street. The Manga neighborhood is a great location. The room had a fridge, hot water, good A/C, a TV with Netflix and other options, and strong WiFi. The buffet breakfast was nice, and I'll definitely come back. I took off a star because they charged me IVA taxes when they shouldn't have. I'll update this if I don't get the airport refund they promised.

I'm rating the restaurant only, since we just had dinner there. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and polite. The seating options were nice too: an air-conditioned enclosed area or a breezy courtyard where a wall fan sprayed a cool mist. The white furniture, walls, and floors gave the place a pleasant feel. I'd gladly return and recommend it in Cartagena.

We got a lovely honeymoon welcome, and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were caring, kind, and attentive. Our room was spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and well kept, including the pool, and breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We highly recommend this hotel.
