It was okay.

The service was completely inadequate, and we’d never return or recommend this place. The sheets were stained and had hair on them, and we went two days without towels. We had to move rooms because the bathroom drain was clogged and flooding. On top of that, the bathroom light in room 2 didn’t work, and nobody seemed willing to fix it during our four-day stay.

The curly-haired brunette on the night shift was genuinely friendly and kind, with excellent service. She’s the only reason I’d consider returning. The customer service from the two receptionists whose names I don’t know was awful, and their attitude toward guests was appalling. They seemed hypocritical, and management should take action.

Good value for the price, and the service and hospitality were great. I’d recommend it without hesitation.
