Hotel Noi 1860 Cartagena

The rooftop became our favorite place to spend time, with a steady breeze and beautiful sunsets. We had stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean and historic walls, and the location right beside the walled city made everything easy to reach. Restaurants and nightlife were close, but the house stayed quiet, and we felt safe and comfortable walking around. Casa Noi worked wonderfully for our group of 12, family and friends. There was room for privacy as well as time together, and the house was comfortable and beautifully designed. The art throughout was a magnificent collection, displayed with real care. Every room and bed was attractively decorated and comfortable, and the whole home was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Shirley coordinated the details seamlessly, with prompt, attentive communication from booking onward. The service from everyone was 10/10. Chef Mario’s meals were delicious every time and surpassed what we expected. Alejandro was warm and thoughtful, anticipating what we might need and making sure we had it. For anyone wanting a glimpse of Cartagena home life, its hospitality, and the beauty of its people, I highly recommend Casa Noi. It was simply the best stay in Cartagena, 10/10. We loved it.

A great fit for a medium or large group. The amenities were excellent, and so was the staff. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The little pool looks like it belongs in a travel magazine, though it’s very small. Since the hotel is small too, we were the only ones looking for a swim on hot afternoons. The location made it easy to get around on foot, while still feeling somewhat private. Our room was spacious and clean, but sparsely furnished. The design strikes a brilliant balance between modern luxury and old town charm. Breakfast was included every day and was very good. We tried items from the minibar despite there being no listed prices, and the charges at checkout were reasonable. Hotel Noi is a charming, accommodating spot in the walled city. I’d heard people mention noise from the nearby bar, but I never heard a thing.
