The reception and laundry staff were very helpful and spoke English, which was a plus. The rooms need some work: the windows are extremely hard to open, and there were stains on the bed linen.

The staff were super nice, attentive, and great. But I only stayed one night, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Light poured in from the corridor because the door didn't shut properly, and the curtains were transparent, so the room stayed bright and it was hard to sleep.

Jonathan and Manuel were so helpful, and the hotel staff made our stay pleasant. It's good value for Cartagena and close to the main attractions. The building and facilities could use a bit of improvement.

My flight delays cost me a booking in the centro area, but this hotel kindly found me a room for the week even though I had no reservation. I'm deeply appreciative of how accommodating they were.

The amenities were great and the atmosphere was nice, but it took much longer than expected to get the room's faulty air conditioning fixed. Breakfast, on the other hand, was five-star: delicious, well prepared, and with lots of options.
