Luz was a big part of what made our stay unforgettable. She was kind and attentive from the start, and treated us more like family than guests. Her professionalism and warmth made every interaction a joy, and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She’s a real gem and a great example of the hotel’s hospitality. The food was incredible, housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the staff as a whole were warm and professional. The location made it easy to explore Cartagena while still feeling safe and peaceful. We felt cared for whether we were relaxing at the hotel or out in the city. Every detail made us feel welcome, and the stay was nothing short of perfection. I can’t recommend it enough if you want great service, amazing food, and to feel at home.

The rooftop was a highlight for me, with good music, a great atmosphere, and a view I enjoyed. The location was just a short walk from nearby stores, which made exploring easy. My room was spotless and felt fresh every day. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and on top of everything. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

By my second day, the breakfast team already knew how I liked my breakfast prepared. That personal touch made a real difference, and the chef’s cooking was outstanding. The whole staff, from reception to breakfast, went out of their way to make me comfortable. My room was impeccably clean and taken care of when I needed it. Voilá Hotel Centro Histórico made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. With its warmth, attention to detail, and service, it felt well worth the price. I can’t recommend Voilá Hotel highly enough.

The rooftop was a favorite, with lovely views and a nice atmosphere for unwinding after a day in the city. The central location also made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and popular spots. I went with friends, and from the first day through the last, we felt looked after. The hotel was chic and impeccably clean, and everyone we met was warm, attentive, and ready to help. We can’t wait to come back.

The rooftop pool and restaurant had beautiful views in both the daytime and at night. The hotel is right in historic Cartagena, amid picturesque streets with jewelry shops, restaurants, and boutiques. There was some music from nearby restaurants or clubs at night, but it wasn’t too bad and didn’t go on very late. The staff were warm and accommodating. The rooms were better than I expected, with clean, comfortable beds and clean, new bathrooms. The shower got hot and stayed steamy, and the AC worked perfectly, with the option to cool or heat the room. Everything was great from arrival to my last day. If I come back to Cartagena, this is where I’ll book again. Thanks to all the staff, you were amazing.
