The rooms are cozy, clean and welcoming, and the rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to unwind. There aren’t a million amenities, but they do the important things well. Right from check-in, the welcoming smiles and pleasant scent in the small, very clean room made it clear they cared. The bed was comfy too. Breakfast is made to order, with a few options and great coffee from their cafe, rather than a big buffet with bland food. When we were leaving, they safely stored our luggage and even offered us a place to freshen up before the airport. Amazing service all the way through!

The room was tastefully decorated and very clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was really good, possibly the best arepas I’ve ever had. My room faced the courtyard, so it was mostly quiet, but on the weekend a nearby party got very loud. There wasn’t anywhere to unpack and put our clothes, and the water was only lukewarm. Showering right after coming in from the heat was better than waiting until the AC had cooled us down. The price was higher than elsewhere in Colombia, though that’s just Cartagena, being a more expensive tourist city.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We felt safe in the great location, right in the middle of the old town. It was very budget friendly and good value. The AC was too cold, though, and neither we nor the staff could figure out how to turn it up.

A really lovely hostel in the heart of historic Cartagena. The room was comfy, clean and safe, with someone at reception 24 hours a day. They even decorated it for our honeymoon, which was amazing!

The staff were nice and the location worked really well. Our room was fairly quiet, though its windows faced an inner courtyard and barely let in air, even when open. The reception also doubles as a coffee bar, which looked like a nice setup. We tried to get a V60 in the morning, but the barista wasn’t there, which felt odd. The AC in our room leaked a little too. A decent hotel overall.
