The common areas were pleasant and well looked after, and the friendly, attentive staff really did try to help. It's a charming little boutique hotel with only a few rooms and a cozy, intimate feel. The rooms themselves are small, though, and the furniture is worn and needs updating. None of the staff spoke English, which led to several communication problems. We had trouble with our prearranged airport pickup and with different requests during the stay. With better rooms and a way to communicate more easily, the experience could be much smoother and more comfortable.

We had a good stay, and the room had a lovely view. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but the room needed some work. A lamp was broken, the shower seemed old with its handle coming loose, and the balcony door gave us trouble. We stayed a couple of months ago, so maybe those things have been fixed since.

The rooftop was such a peaceful place to sit at sunset. Our family had a few drinks up there and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was amazing, and they can prepare gluten-free food if you ask. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with friendly, helpful staff. It's also central and within walking distance of the main sights, but away from the city noise. Thank you, Maria, for taking such good care of us.

The beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. Lovely plunge pool, great breakfast, and a gorgeous hotel. I'd recommend it.

The calm, intimate atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the rooms are beautifully designed. With only 7 rooms, Moet Hotel feels especially private. Mayra and Carla made the stay memorable with attentive, personal service that made me feel special. Every detail felt just right. I'd give this place 7 stars if I could!
