A great way to spend New Year's Eve aboard an elegant catamaran!

The company's service was terrible. The photos showed one boat, but what we actually got was completely different. It was packed with trash cans full of containers and cigarettes, leaving no room for anything, and the A/C didn't work. It was the worst night of our lives. When you file a complaint, they won't hire you again. We had to file a claim with the Superintendency of Insurance and Dimar to seek a refund and appropriate compensation.

The boat photos don't match reality. They send sailboats that are in poor condition and infested with cockroaches. The A/C didn't work, so we couldn't sleep and had to spend the night awake on deck. We requested a refund and haven't had a response. I don't recommend booking with this company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
