We didn’t know the neighborhood, and it may not be a tourist area. The lodging itself was simple but welcoming. The owner deserves all the credit, though. Her cheerful manner and attentive care made our stay excellent. Thanks so much for everything!

I had poor service during my stay. There’s no reception area, and the owners control when you can enter and leave. The property is quite far from both the beaches and Cartagena’s historic center, so getting around the city really calls for a car.

They were always attentive to our plans and helped us feel safe and confident on the trip. Excellent service.

With all the ports and parking areas nearby, this hotel mainly serves truck drivers. They offer traditional meals, and the service and attention are excellent.
