The hotel's design is beautiful, and it sits in a perfect spot in the Getsemani neighborhood. Staff were kind and attentive, the restaurants on site made food and cocktails convenient, and the stylish pool area was great for a pool day in Cartagena's heat. We appreciated being upgraded to a duplex room with a private jacuzzi, but it had serious problems. The water was cold at first, so we couldn't use it in the evening. A technician came the next day and had to return a couple more times before getting the hot water working. On day three, it was boiling, and we badly burned our feet. It was dangerously hot, so we couldn't use it again. I also asked for an ice bucket for our anniversary champagne, then had to ask a second and third time the next day before it finally arrived. At checkout, they said we owed $950,000 COL pesos, which didn't sound right. The full receipt they printed showed a different balance, $705,000 COL pesos. We'd prepaid the hotel, and our restaurant charges came to $590,000 COL pesos. They acknowledged the error and charged that last amount to our credit card. We were disappointed they tried to overcharge us by about $350,000 - $400,000, and only corrected it after we pointed it out. Check your invoices carefully at checkout. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at OSH again, but this checkout experience was very disappointing.

The noise was the main drawback during our good stay at OSH Hotel Getsemaní. There was constant sawing and construction during the day, and the rooms don't block much sound. There's a big gap under the doors, so you can hear pretty much everything going on in the hallways. The hotel is in a cute neighborhood and makes a great base for exploring. The pool areas are relaxing, and breakfast each morning was very good. Good hotel, nice amenities and location, but the noise and soundproofing could be better.

Great vibes at the OSH, and I'd definitely stay again. Diana welcomed me and told me about the free neighborhood tour and events she organizes for the hotel. Christina and Joanna at the front desk were cheerful and always ready to help. Great location, a great pool, and excellent service all around.

I had an excellent day here. My travel agency booked it at a good rate, the accommodations were amazing, breakfast was served every morning, and housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily. The bar staff were extremely friendly, and the pools were warm, so there was no need to worry about cold water. It's right in the center of the walking town, making it easy to get around, with everything we needed just a two- to three-minute walk away. Saul and Johana were great staff. I'll definitely return next time I visit.

That full-length mirror was such a win for me, I wish every hotel room had one! We loved the hotel and its perfect location, and the breakfast was GREAT. The basic room, though, felt really small and the layout was a bit frustrating. Since we were a couple, having another chair would have helped.
