Royal Paradise Morros Eos

The pool and beach were fantastic, and Apt. 517 had everything equipped so well. It's a great place to relax and unwind, with a shopping center and restaurants just 5 minutes away. I haven't had tomatoes this good in a long time. They tasted like tomatoes should, unlike the watery ones in Europe. I'm coming back in January, and my flight is already booked.

The location is incredible, with lovely pools and the sea close by. But I can't give it 5 stars for three reasons. First, the neighbors in Apartment 530 at Morros Eos complain a lot and call reception over the smallest things. Second, there's literally nothing to buy there, not even water. You'll need to order from Rappi or drive almost to the highway to find food. And third, there's a slightly strange smell in the hallways, maybe from the first-floor plants. It's nothing serious, and otherwise the place is great.

A good spot for relaxing, with apartments in perfect condition and fully furnished. The beach area, pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and gym are all there, and the property feels private and secure. There's some nearby construction, but it doesn't disturb the peace and quiet for guests. Shops and restaurants are 3 km away. Highly recommend it!

Getting a taxi to a supermarket or restaurant can be a real challenge. Even with Didi or Cabify, drivers may take a very long time to agree to come this far, and I almost couldn't get back. That was the only downside. I also tried walking on the beach in the evening, but security wouldn't allow it. One guard kindly explained that it was for my safety, saying he wasn't armed for fun. Seeing how disappointed I was, he offered to walk me around the resort and called a colleague over the walkie-talkie. The security felt A1. The beach was much quieter and less crowded than in Bocagrande/El Laguito. With several beautiful pools, nice lounge chairs, and shade shelters, the resort felt like an all-inclusive. It was my third visit to the Cartagena area since I started traveling through this wonderful country in 2021. 120% recommend.
