The rooms are really comfortable and well cared for, and parking comes with the stay. The price is great too. They could pay a bit more attention to cleaning and the cosmetic details, though.

For the three days and nights I stayed, the air conditioning never worked, even though I reported it. The receptionist charged me rudely, served me when she felt like it, and skipped my turn so I had to wait. She was unfriendly, bad-tempered, and rude, with no control over her temper. When customers complain, it’s because the stay isn’t free, and we have the right to speak up. Tolerance, patience, and above all respect matter. She needs more tact and diplomacy with customers. The hotel and the rest of the staff are generally good, but one person can leave a bad impression for the owner.
